A R Richards Case Study - Website Design & SEO

Back in December 2020 our Business Development Team approached A R Richards as we saw a gap in their digital presence, their website was lacking in user experience and their online presence was low considering they had been with a London-based SEO agency for over 3 years.

We had an initial consultation with the client to understand their business needs, their website goals and what they envisaged their website to do for them. We also looked at their website analytics to understand their website traffic and how users were interacting with the website.

Once we had all the information we needed, our team of designers and developers got to work on creating a new website that would be mobile-optimised and user-friendly, as well as optimised for search engines.

The old website wasn’t optimised for mobile devices so it was important for us to create a responsive design that would be easy to use on all devices. We also wanted to make sure the website was engaging and informative, as well as easy to navigate. One of the main elements was the online Skip Hire booking platform, as this was a key part of their business.

We worked closely with the client throughout the design and development process to ensure they were happy with the progress and that the website met their needs.

The website was launched in September 2021 and since then we have been working on an SEO campaign to help increase traffic to the website and improve its online presence.

So far the results have been very positive, with a significant increase in website traffic and enquiries coming through from the website. The client is very happy with the new website and we are continuing to work on the SEO campaign to help them achieve their goals.
